4X4 Training costs
Level 1: R850 per person. Lecture and practical drive
Level 2: R580 per person Practical drive snatch recovery
Level 3: R850 Higher level of practical driving
Theory/tag-along partner: R450
Please note that while training partners/children are welcome to come along on all the drives, Should they wish to attend the lectures, a surcharge of R450 applies.
Individual Training
R1800 per driver per day
R2250 driver and non-driving partner per day
R2800 two drivers per day
This training is usually done mid-week on a self-catered basis
and can be tailor made for your needs.
Weekend special: R3500 pp
Includes level 1- 2 and 3 4×4 training
2 nights fully catered accommodation at Stoney Ridge on specific weekends.
Trails
Trails are available to Stoney Ridge clients who have completed training.
R300 per vehicle /per day
Please bring a radiator grass seed net if you are participating in driver training. Campout 4×4 – Hillcrest/ Makro etc Size: – large 1000mm x 800mm.
Fully Catered Accommodation
Adults: R695 per person per night
Children Under 12: R350 per child per night
Children Under 7: R225 per child per night
Children Under 3: R95 (please bring along their special needs/camp-cot /foods– dinners are sometimes served later.
These prices include all meals, teas, coffees and snacks.
Please indicate in advanced if you have any special dietary requirements.
Accommodation is in tents on wooden platforms.
The beds are made up with sheets, blankets and a pillow.
Please bring Torches, Towels and drinks
Self- Catered Tented Accommodation
Available when camp is not doing catering.
R295 per person per night sharing – Single R450
Camping Site
Camp site: R180 per site per night for 2 people
Additional Adults: R90 per person per night
Children under12: R40 per child per night
There is no electricity at the camping site.
Should you wish to join the Bush camp for meals, this can be arranged, provided meals are reserved and the bush camp is occupied/running.
